VCK (Viduthalai Siruthaigal Katchi) confirmed their presence in DMK alliance which formed against the BJP and ADMK after MDMK confirms their alliance. DMK confirms their seat allocation with Congress initially with 10 seats after allocating seats for Congress DMK started allocated seats for smaller parties which gets 1 to 2 seats.
DMK confirms all the seat sharing with all parties expect MDMK and VCK. MDMK confirmed with 3 seats which are Trichy, Erode and Virudhunagar or Kancheepuram or 2 Lok Sabha seats with 1 Rajya Sabha seats. Seat allocation is not confirmed with MDMK yet. VCK confirmed with 2 seats it comes to know that DMK wants VCK to contest in DMK party’s iconic symbol Rising Sun in order gains all sort of votes. Thirumavalavan confirmed that it would be parties decision to confirm it.
If VCK contest in Rising Sun there would be more probability of winning seats. But in consideration with Political ethics, VCK has to go along with DMK in all aspects and decision but it’s not mandatory.
