Ministry of Ayush responded to the recent flash news about Patanjali medicine which could recover patients in 7 days. As per the ministry of Ayush, the concern Ayurvedic drug manufacturing company has been informed that search advertisements of drugs including ayurvedic medicines are related under the provisions of drug and magic remedies Act 1954 and rules thereunder and the directives issued by the central government of India in the wake of Coronavirus Outbreak.
Ministry also issued a gadget notification on 21st April 2020 stating the requirements and manner the research studies on COVID-19 with Ayush interventions medicines should be undertaken.
