Lok Sabha 2019 Gujarat Exit Poll Result

In the 2014 Lok Sabha poll, the BJP, riding a strong Modi wave across the country, won all 26 seats delivering a blow to the Congress. But in 2019 Congress may not regain its power in Gujarat but likely to get 5 to 8 seats in a close call.

Unlike the Modi Wave in 2014, there is no such dramatic wave neither in Gujarat nor in India A small percentage of his support is reduced all over the nation as well as BJP fort Gujarat. Ever since 1995 BJP ruling Gujarat in a Single hand. Though 2014 was strong had for BJP it managed to get only 59% of the votes which may slash in 2019 in the small margin which would benefit the Congress party.

Tribals of Gujarat hold considerable sway in Gujarat politics, accounting for around 15% of the population. There are four Lok Sabha and 27 Assembly seats reserved for Scheduled Tribes in the State.
