West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee said the Jharkhand election victory was a victory over the National Citizen’s Record and the Citizenship Amendment Act. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, the Congress, and the Rashtriya Janata Dal-coalition have won the assembly elections in Jharkhand. In it, he said, “I congratulate the victorious Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, the Congress, and the Rashtriya Janata Party. This victory came during the fight against the National Citizen’s Record and the Citizenship Amendment Act. This is a victory for the people.

Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal told reporters, “The Jharkhand state election results show that the people of the state do not accept the National Citizen Records and Citizenship Amendment Act.”
