ISRO has announced that the Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft will be launched at 2.43 pm on the 22nd of the month.
The Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft was ready to launched by the GSLV Mark 3 rocket at 2.51 am last Monday. However, due to a technical problem, the Chandrayaan-2 was postponed for another date. ISRO has announced that Chandrayaan 2, which was suspended due to a technical issue, will be launched at 2.43 pm on Monday.
The Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft will have an orbiter on the Moon’s orbit, the Lander Vikram on the Moon landing, the Prakayan Observatory and 14 projectiles on the Moon.With the Chandrayaan 2 project, the lander will be landed on the south side of the moon for the first time and will be used for exploration.
While the Chandrayaan 1 project has confirmed the presence of water molecules on the Moon, it is worth mentioning that the Chandrayaan-2 project will be expanded on the Moon water related studies.
