Actor and writer Ranjit Chaudhry remembered for his role in Mira Nair’s Mississippi masala starring Denzil Washington, Khubsoorat, Khatta Meetha and Baton Baton mein and many. Choudhary moved to United States and starred in several shows like the office and Prison Break. He is the son of veteran theatre artist Pearl badamsee.

Padamsee wrote of Chowdhry

Thakore additional Said “He got a ruptured ulcer in the intestine which happened on April 14. A physician was called who said he needs to go to the hospital and he was taken to Breach Candy hospital. They operated on him but he died at the hospital yesterday at 4 in the morning,” Chowdhry visited India on December for the dental treatment he planned to return New York on April 8th due to the nationwide lockdown he couldn’t make the travel plan.
